Ip Address Conflicts
So my sister was home for the weekend with her friends and they all have laptops hooked up to our router. Along with my 2 computers my moms and step dads computer we had 10 or so all hooked up to my router. I booted up my computer and it said "You are connected to the access point but the internet cannot be found." The same thing happened when I booted up my Laptop. So i did some research on why this could be and found out my network was having IP conflicts. *The Cause* When Someone puts a laptop to sleep the IP address sits there and when another computer is connected to the router and gets that same IP it gets confused and cannot access the internet. *The solution* Reset the router and Repair all internet connections on the computers which will select a new ip adress for that computer. And wala! All computers are back online. =)
